Exercise as Medicine
What is a Biokineticist?
A Biokineticist is a registered health professional who uses exercise as medicine — scientifically prescribed and individually tailored — to treat injury, manage chronic conditions and restore optimal physical function.
Biokinetics is the final phase of rehabilitation: after physiotherapy addresses acute pain and tissue healing, a biokineticist gets you back to full function — back to sport, back to work, back to life.
We are registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and recognised by all major medical aids.
