Hi, I'm Gabi — a HPCSA-registered Biokineticist based at St. John's College in Houghton, Johannesburg. My approach is simple: understand what your body is doing, why it's struggling, and build a programme that gets you back to doing what you love.
I work with a wide range of patients — from school athletes and weekend warriors recovering from injury, to professionals managing chronic pain and older adults rebuilding strength and confidence. Every session is individual, evidence-based and focused on long-term results.
