Who we are

Gabbio Biokinetics is a private biokinetics practice operated by Gabriella Moreira, a HPCSA-registered Biokineticist (Registration No. BK 0041939) based at St. John's College, St David Road, Houghton Estate, Johannesburg.

Email processing — Resend

Contact form submissions are transmitted via Resend (resend.com), a US-based transactional email service. Resend acts as a data processor on our behalf — it delivers the email notification to us and does not store, sell or process your personal information for its own purposes. Resend is GDPR-compliant and operates under a data processing agreement.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently use any third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics) or advertising trackers. Standard browser session information (such as your IP address and browser type) may be logged temporarily by our hosting provider, Vercel, as part of normal server operation.

Data retention

Enquiry emails are retained in our email inbox for as long as is reasonably necessary to manage the patient relationship or as required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time.
